SMART4LESS® Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

14-Day Money Back Guarantee
SMART4LESS® offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all consumer purchases, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. This policy allows you to cancel your purchase without providing any reason, up to 14 full days after the day on which you receive the goods. Please note: this statutory right does not apply to business-to-business transactions.


Returns and Cancellations Procedure

To ensure smooth and timely processing, all returns must follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. Contact our support team via email to request return authorization. Click here

  2. You will receive a returns form and the correct return address.

  3. Package the item(s) securely.

  4. Clearly display your Order Number on the outside of the package.

  5. For valuable items, we strongly recommend using an insured and tracked delivery method that requires a signature.

  6. For lower-value items, obtain proof of posting from your chosen courier.

  7. Send the parcel to the specified address after receiving return authorization.

Important: SMART4LESS® is not responsible for any returned goods sent to an address other than the one provided during the return authorization process. Processing may be delayed if these instructions are not followed.


Responsibility and Risk of Return Shipping

All returned goods are sent at the customer’s own risk. SMART4LESS® cannot accept liability for lost, undelivered, or damaged return parcels. Return postage costs are non-refundable, except where the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error. We will not reimburse return postage in excess of the original shipping charge.


Missing Items

In the event that part of your order is missing upon delivery, you must notify SMART4LESS® within 48 hours of receipt of the partial delivery. Claims submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.


Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
We recommend using a tracked, insured delivery service. Postage costs related to faulty goods will be refunded. SMART4LESS® will not be liable for items lost in transit.


Unwanted Goods or Incorrect Orders

If you have ordered an incorrect or unwanted item, it may be returned unopened and in original, resaleable condition for a refund or exchange, at the discretion of SMART4LESS®. We reserve the right to deduct delivery charges incurred by us for such returns.
Items that were specially ordered or customized are non-refundable unless proven faulty.


Damaged Goods in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@smart4less.co.uk.
Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for return. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund upon confirmation.
