1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SMART4LESS® website at https://smart4less.co.uk (the “Site”) or placing an order through any of our platforms, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transactions conducted through this Site. If you do not accept these terms in full, you should not use this website or place an order.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, simply browse the Site, select the product(s), and click “Add to Basket.” Once items are added, proceed to checkout, select your delivery option, and complete the payment process via our secure payment gateway.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, and other accepted debit/credit cards. Payment will only be processed once your order has passed our fraud screening and stock availability checks.

3.3 Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of your order. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but merely acknowledges receipt.

3.4 Order Acceptance

A binding contract shall only exist once your payment has been fully authorised and processed, and we dispatch the goods. SMART4LESS® reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, with or without notice.

4. Pricing and Taxation

All prices displayed on our Site are in GBP (£) and inclusive of applicable UK taxes, including VAT (where applicable). Please note that SMART4LESS® is not currently VAT registered, and therefore no VAT invoices will be issued.

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time prior to order acceptance. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you for further instructions before processing the order.

5. Availability and Stock Control

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any item listed on the Site. In cases of stock shortages or errors, we reserve the right to:

  • Fulfil part of an order;

  • Cancel an order and issue a full refund;

  • Propose a suitable alternative product.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day where possible. Orders may be delivered to the cardholder’s address or an alternative delivery address provided it has been verified.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the legal right to cancel your order without reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to business-to-business transactions.

7.2 Return Procedure

All returns must be authorised in advance. Items must be returned securely packaged and in resaleable condition. SMART4LESS® cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using insured, signed-for delivery services.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the description, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You may be entitled to a replacement or full refund. Proof of damage and retention of original packaging may be required.

9. Guarantee and Warranty

All products are covered by our 14-day return policy. Warranty does not cover:

  • Goods damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation;

  • Normal wear and tear.

10. Security and Fraud Prevention

We employ robust security protocols and encryption technology for online payments. SMART4LESS® does not store customer card details at any stage of the transaction.

We actively monitor and report fraudulent transactions and participate in industry-recognised anti-fraud programmes. IP addresses and transaction data are recorded and monitored for suspicious activity.

11. Loss of Data or Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMART4LESS® shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of data, profits, or business;

  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use any purchased product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Drop Shipping Policy

SMART4LESS® does not support drop shipping arrangements without prior written agreement. Businesses interested in commercial supply partnerships must contact us directly for approval.

13. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, images, and logos on the Site are the intellectual property of SMART4LESS® or its respective content providers. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
