Delivery Schedule: We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of ordering, regardless of time of ordering during the working day. Goods can be sent to your registered PayPal address or alternatively to another address providing all details are confirmed. Please note that SMART4LESS reserves the right to change the delivery method or carrier without prior notice to an equal or superior service. Payment is not debited unless stock is allocated to your order and available for immediate dispatch.
SMART4LESS ships to locations within the UK only, please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages.

1.) “Next Working Day” service applies to orders placed before 12:.00 hrs on working days.
2.) Saturday, Sunday & public holidays in the UK are not classed as working days for the purpose of SMART4LESS deliveries.
3.) The day that the item ships is not classed as the 1st working day of the delivery schedule.

When & How Will My Order Be Delivered?
UK Standard (Free Delivery) – This service will be carried out by 2ND Class Royal Mail. Please allow from 3-5 working days for this delivery option.
UK Next Working Day – This service will be carried out by Special Delivery Royal Mail Service. This service applies to orders placed before 12:00 hrs. Orders placed on a Friday before 12:00 hrs will be dispatched for a Monday delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 hrs Friday and Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday.
What if My Order Has Not Arrived ?
Firstly please check your account or email account for messages from customer support. Secondly please take care to check the above schedule and allow for non working days such as weekends and bank holidays. In the unusual event of a non delivery we will require you to allow a further x5 *working* days over the original working day schedule. Should the delivery not arrive during the extended period please message us and we’ll resolve the situation with no further delay. An order with multiple items may be shipped from different locations / in multiple packages, you will receive confirmation of this in your shipment email. All non-deliveries / incomplete deliveries should be reported to SMART4LESS within 30 days of dispatch.
Items dispatched from SMART4LESS may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to take delivery you will be left a card notifying you of the attempted delivery by the relevant service agent. If the attempted delivery is by Royal Mail you can request re-delivery or you can pick up from your local sorting office. You may need identification and the attempted delivery notification when picking up an item.
We do not allow purchasing of “out of stock” products, however in some instances If you place an order for an item that is in high demand your order may be “back ordered” If this happens and stock is not available for dispatch shortly you will be contacted and offered an alternative or advised of the “due in” date for new stock.
Alternative Delivery Addresses:
When requesting delivery to an address other than the cardholders address (the address the credit/debit card OR PayPal that was used to make the payment is registered to) we may require additional verification.
